Phalswal offers consulting services in foreign trade, macroeconomic analysis of emerging markets, seminars on customs tariffs, regulatory compliance auditing, and geopolitical risk mitigation strategies. All services are provided based on information available at the time of consultation and do not constitute binding legal advice.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information for the proper execution of the services. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for immediately notifying any unauthorized use. Misuse of content or violation of intellectual property rights will result in suspension of access.
Phalswal shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including loss of data, business opportunities, or profits. Maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last six months.
Payments are made as agreed in the service proposal. Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 48 hours in advance for seminars and audits. In case of non-compliance, Phalswal reserves the right to retain the payment received as compensation for allocated resources.
All material provided during the services — reports, presentations, guides, and analyses — is the intellectual property of Phalswal. The user may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize such materials without express written authorization.
Phalswal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the website or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship by written notice with 30 days' notice. In case of a serious breach of these terms, Phalswal may suspend access immediately without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Baní, Peravia, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
